Quantitative Multiplexed Imaging of Mixed Bacteria

Assays that measure multiple markers from a single sample are useful for characterizing, differentiating, and counting bacterial strains. Multi-channel high resolution microscopy provides sensitive signal detection of these small cells enabling quantitative analysis of total counts, viability, and morphology parameters as shown here on a QC smear of mixed bacteria exposed to methanol fixation.
